Spain: review of corporate governance framework begins

As part of the Government's national reform programme announced earlier this year, a review of the corporate governance framework has begun. The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores has been asked to provide an analysis of the current framework and has until January 2014 to review the Unified Good Governance Code of Listed Companies.
