Hong Kong's new Companies Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council in July last year: see here. Subsidiary legislation is being published ahead of the Ordinance coming into force in 2014. In this regard, the following were published in the Hong Kong Gazette towards the end of last month: The Companies (Model Articles) Notice; The Company Records (Inspection and Provision of Copies) Regulation; The Companies (Non-Hong Kong Companies) Regulation; and The Companies (Fees) Regulation. Hong Kong: Companies Ordinance - further subsidiary legislation gazetted
