The Companies (Disclosure of Address) (Amendment) Regulations 2015 were laid before Parliament yesterday and come into force on 30 June 2015: see here or here (pdf).
An explanatory memorandum is available here (pdf). The purpose of the Regulations is to enable the Minister for the Cabinet Office to obtain the residential address of a director for the purposes of data matching under Schedule 9 of the Local Audit and Accountability Act 2014.
