Section 1 of the Companies Act 2013 was the only section within the Act to come into force when the Act became law last month. This section provided, amongst other things, that the remaining provisions of the Act would come into force on dates to be notified in the Official Gazette by the Central Government. India: Companies Act 2013 implementation - update
Section 1 of the Companies Act 2013 was the only section within the Act to come into force when the Act became law last month.
