The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 received Royal Assent last Thursday: see here. A copy of the Act will be available here soon. The Act contains, amongst other things, some of the provisions necessary to introduce the new regime for shareholder approval of quoted company directors' remuneration.
