The first regulatory technical standards on credit rating agencies have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union: see here. These standards set out, amongst other things, the information CRAs must provide to the European Securities and Markets Authority as part of the registration process. The first regulatory technical standards on credit rating agencies have been published in the Official Journal of the European Union: see here.
