HM Treasury has published a consultation paper containing a draft of the Financial Services Act 2010 (Executives’ Remuneration Report) Regulations 2011: see here (pdf). The purpose of the Regulations is to require certain large banks to disclose the remuneration received by their eight highest paid senior executive officers.
