HM Treasury has today created an online list of financial services statutory instruments that have been made under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and which were subject to the affirmative procedure: see here.
The list includes, for example, the Short Selling (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 and the Financial Regulators' Powers (Technical Standards etc.) (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018.

UK: Brexit - financial services legislation - list of made statutory instruments
HM Treasury has today created an online list of financial services statutory instruments that have been made under the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and which were subject to the affirmative procedure: see here.
