The
Financial Conduct Authority has published a consultation paper setting out proposed changes to its
Handbook in respect of the changes introduced by the
EU Benchmarks Regulation (EU 2016/1011) and the UK's
Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Benchmarks) Regulations 2018: see

Parliament today, accompanied by an explanatory memorandum (
