UK: Implementation of the Mortgage Credit Directive

HM Treasury has published a summary of responses in respect of its consultation on the implementation of the Mortgage Credit Directive (Directive 2014/17/EU on credit agreements for consumers relating to residential immovable property): see here (pdf).
