The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 received Royal Assent last month: see here. The Act contains, amongst other things, some of the provisions necessary to introduce the new regime for shareholder approval of quoted company directors' remuneration. The Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 received Royal Assent last month: see here.
