Earlier this year the Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code published for consultation proposed changes to the German Corporate Governance Code: see here. Yesterday the Commission confirmed the amendments that will be made to the Code: see here (pdf). A copy of the updated Code was also published: see here (pdf). Germany: Updated Corporate Governance Code published
