Singapore: company law reform - draft Companies Amendment Bill 2013 published

Last October, the Ministry of Finance published its response to the recommendations made by the steering group formed to review the Companies Act 1967: see here (pdf). A draft Bill - the Companies Amendment Bill 2013 - has now been published for consultation: see here (pdf).
