Women on Boards: Davies Review annual report was published yesterday: see

pdf). The report notes that 20.7% of FTSE100 board positions are held by women (in 2011 it was 12.5%) and that only two FTSE100 companies have all male boards. In 2011
Lord Davies recommended that FTSE100 boards should, by 2015, have a minimum of 25% female representation: see
