UK: Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Act 2013 comes into force
The Partnerships (Prosecution) (Scotland) Act 2013 received Royal Assent yesterday and comes into force today: see here. The Act, a copy of which is available here or here (pdf), will make it possible to prosecute a dissolved partnership notwithstanding its dissolution, where the proceedings are commenced within 5 years of the date of the dissolution.
