The UK's Guardian newspaper, relying on the Reuters news agency, has reported that Ukraine's Parliament has passed a new joint stock companies law. According to the report, "[t]he law will regulate the creation of joint stock companies, the rights and obligations of shareholders and management, the payment of dividends and access to information".Further information is available in this presidential announcement from the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine.
