The Corporate Governance Committee has published a new edition of its corporate governance code ("the 2020 Code"): see here (pdf, Dutch), here (pdf, English) or here (pdf, French). The new Code applies to reporting years beginning on or after 1 January 2020, replacing the Code published in 2009. Belgium: the new 2020 Belgian Code on Corporate Governance
