A copy of the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017 is now available: see

The Regulations come into force on 6 April 2017 and will require employers with at least 250 employees to publish annually four separate measures, based on employee data on 5 April, including the difference between the average (mean and median) hourly rate of pay for male and female employees.
