The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016 were made on 19 October. The Regulations, which extend to England and Wales only, bring into force on 6 April 2017 various provisions of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015, including those relating to the requirement to hold creditor meetings in cases of company and individual insolvency.
