Kenya's new company law framework - as set out in the Companies Bill 2015, introduced earlier this year in the
National Assembly by the
Hon. Aden Duale MP - was signed by the
President last week and has, therefore, become law: see the announcement below, made on Twitter. The Bill completed third reading in the
National Assembly in August: see
