Several days ago the Italian Corporate Governance Committee published a revised edition of its Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies. A copy of the new Code, in Italian, is available here (pdf). A copy is also available showing the amendments and additions: see here (pdf). Italy: new edition of the Corporate Governance Code for Listed Companies
