The Money Laundering (Amendment) Regulations 2015 were laid before Parliament today and come into force on 6 February: see here or here (pdf). An explanatory memorandum is available here (pdf). The Regulations provide that the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives will become a supervisory authority for the purposes of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007.
