UK: Extending the Senior Managers and Certification Regime to UK branches of foreign banks

HM Treasury is seeking views on a draft Order the purpose of which is to extend the Senior Managers and Certification Regimes, the framework for which is set out in Part 4 of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013, to UK branches of foreign banks: see here.
