The Building Societies (Accounts and Related Provisions) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 were laid before Parliament yesterday: see here or here (pdf). The Regulations come into force immediately after paragraph 5 of Schedule 9 to the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 comes into force. The Regulations amend existing Regulations in order to remove the requirement for building societies to include in their annual business statement certain information relating to officers who are not directors.
