Europe: Commission consultation on gender imbalance in company boards - responses published

The European Commission has published the responses received in respect of its recent consultation on possible actions in respect of the gender imbalance of company boards: see here. A summary of the responses has not, so far, been published but the Commission has stated that a summary "... will be included among the documents accompanying a possible legislative initiative".
