Singapore: MAS publishes revised Corporate Governance Regulations and Guidelines for Banks and Insurers

In March 2010, the Monetary Authority of Singapore published a consultation paper setting out proposed amendments to the Banking (Corporate Governance) Regulations 2005 and Insurance (Corporate Governance) Regulations 2005 and Guidelines on Corporate Governance (see here, pdf).
