Europe: country by country reporting by multinationals - responses to Commission consultation

Last year the European Commission sought views - see here - on financial reporting by multinationals and, in particular, country-by-country reporting which would require multinationals to disclose financial information on their operations in 'third countries' (i.e., countries that are not Member States of the European Union and the European Economic Area) in their annual financial statements.
