Germany: draft of revised Code published

The Government Commission on the German Corporate Governance Code met last last week to recommend changes to the Code. The changes focus on gender diversity on supervisory boards as well as board training and education. A draft of the new Code has not yet been published in English but a copy, in German, is available here (pdf).
