The States of Guernsey Commerce and Employment Department has published a consultation paper containing proposed amendments to the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008: see here (pdf). The majority of amendments are minor and clarify existing provisions or correct the occasional typographical error. Amongst the more significant changes are those concerning eligibility to be a director and the repeal of Section 171 on the duties of company secretaries.
