UK: ICSA guidance note on the Shareholder Rights Directive and its implementation

The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators has published a guidance note on the Shareholder Rights Directive (2007/36/EC) and its implementation in the UK through the Companies (Shareholders’ Rights) Regulations 2009.
