The Hampton-Alexander Review published its fifth and final report today. The report notes that the voluntary target set five years ago - for women to occupy a third of FTSE100, 250 and 350 board positions by the end of 2020 - has been met. UK: FTSE100 boards - third of board positions held by women
It has been announced today by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy that a third of FTSE100 board positions are now held by women, meeting one of the Hampton-Alexander review targets a year early: see here.

UK: The fourth Hampton-Alexander report
The fourth Hampton-Alexander report has been published: see here (pdf). Published by the Hampton-Alexander Review (an independent body set up to increase the number of women on FTSE350 boards) it provides an update on board diversity amongst FTSE350 companies. It notes, for example, that only two FTSE350 boards are male only; 42 boards have only one female director. Amongst FTSE100 boards, 32.4% of directors are female and the report notes that the target of 33% is likely to be met ahead of the December 2020 deadline.

UK: Hampton-Alexander review - women on FTSE350 boards
The Hampton-Alexander Review published an update today on the number of female directors appointed to FTSE350 company boards: see here (pdf). The headline figures are: 32.1% of FTSE 100 board positions are held by women (up from 12.5% in 2011); in the FTSE250 the percentage is 27.5 (up from 24.9). There are four all male FTSE350 boards (there were over 150 in 2011).Notes:
The 2019 Hampton-Alexander Report will be published on the 13 November 2019 and this year's Female FTSE report, from Cranfield's School of Management, will be published on 11 July.

UK: Hampton-Alexander Review - third annual report published
The Hampton-Alexander Review published its third annual report yesterday: see here (pdf). The report notes that the number of women on FTSE100 boards has exceeded 30% for the first time, although it is noted that the number of women occupying CEO roles across the FTSE350 is lower than last year (12, down from 15). Within the FTSE350, only five boards are all male; there are, however, 75 boards with only woman on the board.
