Hong Kong: HKEX consults on listing regime for SPACs

A day after noting developments in Singapore regarding Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), we can turn to Hong Kong where the HKEX has published proposals, in a consultation paper issued several days ago, for the creation of its own listing regime for SPACs: see here (pdf).
