The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment announced, earlier this week, that the Government had approved the publication of the Companies (Rescue Process for Small and Micro Companies) Bill 2021: see here. The purpose of the proposed legislation is to amend the Companies Act 2014 in order to introduce a new rescue process for small and micro companies.
