The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Prospectus) Regulations 2019 were made yesterday and come into force on 21 July 2019: see here or here (pdf). The Regulations amend existing legislation, including the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, with the aim of ensuring that the EU Prospectus Regulation ((EU) 2017/1129) is effective in the UK from 21 July.
