The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has published, for consultation, a draft of a new corporate governance code for public listed companies. A draft of the Listed Companies (Code of Corporate Governance) Regulations, 2019, is available here.Note: at the time of posting this note, links to the SEC website were not working (for me, at least) and I could not consult the Regulations. The SECP's Twitter page was unaffected, from where the below announcement was taken:
