The
Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan has announced that in the revised Code of Corporate Governance it will be a requirement for listed companies to have at least one female director: see

pdf). According to the SECP, 69 out of the 100 companies that comprise the
KSE100 index have no female directors.
