A copy of the Act is not yet available, but documents prepared to accompany the Bill's passage through Parliament, together with earlier versions of the Bill, can be found here. There is further background information here. Part 3 of the Act introduces a new corporate criminal offence: the failure to prevent the facilitation of tax evasion.
