The Equality Act 2010 (Specific Duties and Public Authorities) Regulations 2017 were made earlier this month and come into force on 31 March: see here or here (pdf). The Regulations have several purposes including the extension of new gender pay gap reporting to the public authorities specified in Schedule 2 of the Regulations.
