OECD report: the liability of legal persons for foreign bribery

The OECD has published a stocktaking report on the liability of legal persons for foreign bribery: see here (pdf). The report seeks to map the features of the liability mechanisms adopted by the 41 parties to the Anti-Bribery Convention (35 OECD countries; 6 non-OECD countries: Argentina, Brazil, Bulgaria, Colombia, Russia, and South Africa).
