Pakistan: Companies Ordinance promulgated by the President

The Companies Bill 2016, drafts of which were published for consultation earlier this year, has become law.  The new Companies Ordinance - a copy of which is available here (pdf) - was promulgated by the President several days ago (in the exercise of a power provided by the Constitution).
