The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has published a report titled Review of Equity Market Cleanliness: see here (pdf). The report found an improvement in market cleanliness for the ten year period ending 31 November 2015. The report draws upon two measures of market cleanliness: one new and developed by ASIC; and another more established measure used by the predecessor of the UK's Financial Conduct Authority.
