The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has published for public comment a third draft of the Companies Bill 2016: see here (pdf). Comments on the draft Bill, which will contain the core company law framework and replace the Companies Ordinance 1984, should be sent to the SECP (claw.bill@secp.gov.pk) by August 5. Pakistan: company law reform - third draft of the Companies Bill published
