Australia: Financial System Inquiry - final report and recommendations published

The final report of the Financial System Inquiry has been published: see here or here (pdf). The report makes 44 recommendations, the aim of which - to quote from the executive summary - is to provide a "blueprint for an efficient and resilient financial system over the next 10 to 20 years, characterised by the fair treatment of users".
