Proposals to reform the law of personal and corporate insolvency have been published by the Treasury and are contained in a draft of the Insolvency Law Reform Bill 2014: see here (pdf). Accompanying the Bill is explanatory material (here, pdf) and a proposal paper in respect of insolvency practice rules (here, pdf).
