Europe: Commission study - the promotion of employee ownership and participation

The European Commission has published a study containing an overview of the development of employee financial participation, including employee share ownership, in the European Union: see here (pdf). The study also identifies and analyses various options for removing the obstacles to transnational participation and ownership.
