Europe: EMIR - ESAs consult on draft regulatory standards

The European Supervisory Authorities have begun a consultation on draft Regulatory Technical Standards in respect of the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).  The draft Standards cover the risk management procedures for counterparties in non-centrally cleared OTC derivatives, the criteria concerning intragroup exemptions and the definitions of practical and legal impediments.
