The
Financial Conduct Authority has published a consultation paper in which it sets out proposed changes to the
FCA Handbook in respect of investment firms as part of the transposition of
CRD IV: see

pdf). In one of the chapters, the FCA sets out its proposals for implementing the limits on the ratio of variable to fixed components of remuneration: these are to be included in the
Remuneration Code (SYSC 19A).
