The
Financial Conduct Authority has published a document setting out its corporate governance framework: see

pdf). The document sets out the way in which the FCA is constituted, directed and controlled by its governing body, the Board. It also explains the role of the Board's committees and its directors. The document explains that the
FCA's Board has decided to comply where relevant with the
UK Corporate Governance Code although not formally required to do so.
