
The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Over the Counter Derivatives, Central Counterparties and Trade Repositories) Regulations 2013 were laid before
Parliament on 7 March and come into force on 1 April 2013, immediately after the coming into force of
section 6 of the
Financial Services Act 2012: see

Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 in order to repeal provisions which are inconsistent with the
