The first Commencement Order to be made under the Financial Services Act 2012 - the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013 - was made yesterday by the Treasury: see here. The Order brings into force today certain provisions of the 2012 Act and identifies those that will come into force on 19 February: see here. UK: The Financial Services Act 2012 - first Commencement Order made
The first Commencement Order to be made under the Financial Services Act 2012 - the Financial Services Act 2012 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2013 - was made yesterday by the Treasury: see here.
